建儒超浓缩线切割乳化膏使用要点
1. 兑水配制成工作液的比例是1:50~70,用户可根据不同的机床、加工材质、加工   工件形状、加工参数的情况调整兑水比例。避免使用硬水(井水河水)。膏体方   便运输储 存,溶起来稍慢,但换来优质工作液和良好的工作环境是绝对值得的!
2. 使用配制好的工作液前要将原来的工作液排放干净,并彻底清洁机床工作台和 循  环系统,不得与其他工作液混合使用,以免影响性能。新配制的工作液上机后,   开 机循环10分钟以上,开始切割可能有不稳定的情况,工作1到2小时后进入正常
状 态,这是水溶性工作液的正常现象。
3. 尽可能使用较密的过滤网或棉(以水流通畅为标准)。 要定期清洗或更换过滤
网,尽量避免工件的污物污染工作液,当切割效率明显下降或割不动时,应及时
更换新的工作液。
4. 排屑性能突出可做大厚度工件切割,切割完毕,工件会自动脱落,要是用磁铁吸
住 ,避免砸断钼丝。
5. 产品是弱碱性液体(ph值p-10) ,虽然是环保无毒产品,但也要避免皮肤长时
间接触,及时用清水洗净,以免引起皮肤过敏。

    本品用于各种金属材料的电火花线切割加工,具有优异的冷却、洗涤、润滑、防锈、清洗和灭弧等功能,独特的不含矿物油超浓缩配方,方便使用及储运,尤其适合机床厂商配套使用。

性能特点

注意事项

   1 用自来水按比例配成工作液,避免使用硬水(井水、河水),本品易溶于水,但配制时仍要尽量  

      搅拌均匀,更换新工作液或补液后,最好开机循环数分钟后开始切割。

   2、本品为浅黄色膏体,偶有少量水析出,不影响品质,搅匀后兑水,工作液为淡乳白色。

   3、用本品取代原工作液时,应彻底清洗整个供液循环系统,并使用适当的过滤网(中走丝建议使用

      网格10um以下)。请勿与其它工作液混合使用,以免影响切割效果。

   4、切割完毕,请用磁铁吸住工件,以免工件落下砸断钼丝。

   5、在作大厚度切割时,变频跟踪应适当调慢,最好从零位起调至切割稳定,电流表指针不再激烈晃动。

      根据切割厚度和材质设置适合的加工参数,以利于提高加工效率和表面质量。

This product, used in wire-cut electrical discharge machining of various metallic materials, has excellent functions including cooling, washing, lubricating, antirust, cleaning and arc extinguishing, etc. Unique hyper-concentration formula not containing mineral oil is convenient for use, storage and transportation, and is especially suitable for supporting use by machine tools manufacturer.
Performances and Features:
1. Water-adding ratio is very large, melting is rapid and service life is long.
2. It is suitable for large thickness cutting and several times of cutting with high degree of finish for cutting surface and without reversing  
   stripes (after kerosene is cleaned).
3. The cutting efficiency is improved by 30% more than that of traditional emulsified oil, surface quality is improved by half level, rate of
   broken wires is low, loss of wire electrode is small and service life for molybdenum wire is long.
4. High current processing (common machine tool > 3A and machine tool of vertical wire electrical discharge machining machine tool with
    rotating wire > 5A) owns very good cutting stability.
5. Completely processed workpiece is easily lifted down and easily cleaned and bench platform face is clean.
Points for Attention:
1. Use tap water to mix it as operating fluid by ratio and avoid using hard water (well water and river water).This product is easily melted
    into water. However, try to mix it even when preparing. You'd better start cutting after it is started and circulated for several minutes after
   operating fluid or fluid infusion is replaced.
2. This product is light yellow paste. Small amount of water is occasionally precipitated,but it does not affect watermixing. Operating fluid
   is light milk white.
3. Entire fluid supply circulation system shall be completely cleaned and use appropriate filter screen (suggest using mesh under 10um for
   vertical wire electrical discharge machining machine tool with rotating wire) when using this product to replace original operating fluid.
   Please do not mix with other operating fluids for use to prevent affecting cutting effects.
4. Please use magnet to absorb workpiece to prevent falling to break molybdenum wire after cutting is completed.
5. When advancing large thickness cutting, frequency tracking shall be properly adjusted slow, you'd better adjust it to stable cutting from
    ero position and ammeter pointer no longer shakes sharply. Set up appropriate processing parameters in accordance with cutting
    thickness and material to be propitious to improve processing efficiency and surface quality.
